Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

2. Order Categories

A. Stock / Standard Items
Products not customized, not cut-to-size, and not special-ordered.

B. Custom / Made-to-Order / Special-Order Items
Includes items cut-to-size, custom finishes, custom configurations, or special procurement.

3. Cancellations

Stock/Standard Items

  • Cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund if the order has not shipped.

  • If already shipped, see Returns below.

Custom/Made-to-Order Items

  • You may cancel within 24 hours only if production has not started.

  • Once production/procurement begins, cancellation may be not permitted or may incur a cancellation fee up to [X%] or actual costs incurred.

4. Returns (Stock/Standard Items)

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if:

  • Items are unused, uninstalled, unmodified

  • In original packaging with all components

  • Return request is approved and an RMA/return authorization is issued

Non-returnable items may include:

  • Custom/made-to-order/special-order products

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

5. Return Shipping and Restocking Fees

  • Unless the return is due to our error or a verified product defect, customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A restocking fee of [X%] may apply for non-defective returns (e.g., 10–25%), especially for large freight items.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or due to our error.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery (freight) or 5 days (parcel) with photos and details.

  • We will evaluate and, as appropriate, offer replacement parts, replacement product, or refund.

7. Refund Timing and Method

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

  • For freight returns, inspection and processing may take longer.

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are handled as a return (if eligible) and a new purchase, unless we approve a direct exchange in writing.
