Shipping & Returns

Delivery

Pergolas and carports are delivered as freight shipments on pallets. Delivery is curbside unless otherwise agreed — please make sure the delivery address is accessible for a freight truck. Smaller accessories may ship by parcel carrier.

Lead times depend on the model, size and season and are confirmed with your order. Stated lead times are careful estimates, not guaranteed dates; we will keep you informed of your order's status.

Inspection on delivery

Please inspect your shipment before signing. Count the packages against the delivery note and note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Report any transport damage to us within 48 hours at sales@pergolamod.com with photos — we will replace damaged components free of charge. Claims for visible transport damage that was not noted on the delivery receipt cannot be accepted.

Returns

Standard-size, unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, products must be unused, unassembled and in their original, undamaged packaging. Please contact us before returning anything — returns without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Because pergolas ship as freight, return shipping is organized by the customer and return freight costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee of 15% applies to cover inspection, handling and repackaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned goods have been received and inspected.

Cancellations

Orders for standard products can be cancelled free of charge until they have been handed to the carrier. Custom and made-to-order products can only be cancelled while production has not started.
